What is Offset Printing?
Offset printing is a widely used printing technique (think newspapers, brochures) where the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate first to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. There are no limitations on tonal choices with offset printing and small details and fonts are no longer troublesome. Modern printing has evolved through offset; you no longer have to make a choice between quantity and quality.
